This year the Muddy Water Initiative will host a farmers market at Charlesgate Park, featuring local farms, bakers, chefs and other cool local food businesses! 

The market will be held Sundays 11AM-2PM from June 23 - October 13 under the Bowker Overpass at Commonwealth Avenue, with easy access from the communities of the Back Bay, the Fenway and Kenmore Square. Just over the River from Cambridge!

This year students from the Berklee College of Music will be performing at each market! Look for us in the Emerald Necklace newsletter, the Fenway News, the Esplanade Association Announcements, and More!

WFMCHub (Winchester Farmers Market Community Hub) hosts the Winchester Farmers Market.  They will be showcasing and promoting the consumption of locally grown fruits, vegetables and meats, and local food producers.

The Market cultural and community part is back too with art, musical performances, and special events, as well as providing opportunity for local, startup entrepreneurs and artists to promote their products and services.

Bread Competition & Parisian Street Fair

Elmendorf Baking Supplies and the East Cambridge Business Association are excited to announce the 2nd annual bread competition and Paris-inspired street festival we’re calling “Le Grand Prix Elmendorf du Pain". The festival and competition is inspired by a Paris baguette competition where professional bakers compete to have their baguettes be crowned the best in Paris. The winner gets bragging rights and becomes the official supplier of the French presidential residence for the year.

This year Juste Tutu will be an official retail vendor spreading Granola & French 🇫🇷 fair!

Where: Cambridge Street & 8th Street, East Cambridge
When: Sunday June 9th, 2024, 12pm-4pm. There is no rain date for this event. It will happen rain or shine!

Current food vendors include:  Formaggio Kitchen, Breadboard Bakery, Clear Flour, Salt Patisserie, Wild  Pops, New Deal Fish Market, Waffle Cabin, Michette Bakery, Batifol,  Zuzu's Petals and more. Also several local artists and vendors, wine by  the glass and live music!
